East of Scotland Championship closing date

Just a reminder that the 2012 East of Scotland Championship will be held at Kirkcaldy Golf Club on Sunday 7 October. Closing date is 2 September! This competition is open to all County members in the East Division.  Information and entry form below.

Silver Knock Out

Congratulations to Louise Campbell (Murrayfield) and Liz Moody (Prestonfield) on reaching the silver knockout final. Thanks to everyone for getting all you matches played on time this year despite the weather.

Champion of Champions Final

The final of the Champion of Champions is being played at Royal Burgess Golf Club on Sunday 2 September with the tee off at 12 o’clock and sees Kim Horne from Dalmahoy take on Karen Marshall from Baberton. Spectators are welcome.

The Team for the Scottish County Finals which are being held at Montrose Golf Course from 21-23 September is.

British Amateur

Congratulations to Jane Turner and Gabrielle Macdonald who finished 8th and 20th respectively at The British Open Strokeplay Championship in Belfast last week.  Great performance girls.  Jane was the top placed Scott.
