Commonwealth Spoons - Eyemouth Golf Club

Congratulations to Mary Nicol and Shelia Keddie (Dalmahoy) for finishing second place at the Commenwealth Spoons Final at Eyemouth Golf Club earlier today.  They finished with two birdies to finish level par and only beaten by 1 1/2 shots.

Celia MacIntyre and Karen Ballentyne of Craigmiller Park finished 4th.  Well done to all who particpated and completing your rounds.

Autumn Meeting - Pumpherston Golf Club 6th September 2016

A total of 44 players participated in the Autumn Meeting at Pumpherston Golf Club yesterday.  Many thanks to those that participated and assisted throughout the day - Zandra Mathieson, Jacky Burnett, Muriel Gilligan and Jane Browitt.

Champion of Champions at the Burgess

We have a new Champion of Champions this year. on a beautiful day Karen Ferguson - Sneddenfrom Liberton beat Karen Marshall from Baberton 2/.1 . It was a really exciting match and a rerun of last years final.

A big thanks to the Burgess again for allowing us tp play the final there. The course looked in fantastic condition and the girls gave us a very exciting match to watch.Thank you.

MCLGA Fund Raiser - Baberton Golf Club Saturday 3rd September

Winning Weekend for our Junior Girls

Congratulations to Hannah Darling, Broomieknowe who won the under 14 section of the junior series at Glencorse over this weekend with two great scores of 71 and 69 for a total of 140 to win by 7 shots.  

Also congratulations to Eilidh Crawford, Kingsfield who won the Scratch at the East of Scotland Girls Autumn meeting at Dunnikier Park with a 73.  Emma Morrison, Craigmillar Park won the U18 section 74-5 = 69, Lauren Reid, Greenburn won the U16 section 89-16 = 73 and Ellie Ferguson, Swanston New won the U14 section 101-32=69.
