Closing date for the Hole and Hole competitions is 2 March - there is still time to get your entry in.

Juniors at Swanston

10 juniors took part in our monthly competition at Swanston's Templar Course on a sunny day with no wind - in fact better than most days last summer. No hats or gloves were needed and everyone had fun.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Emily Dalgetty (Glencorse) on her selection for one of the teams to represent Scotland at the under 16s at Strathmore in April.  And to Fiona De Vries (St Rule) who has been selected for the Scottish Vets team for the Mary McKenna Trophy at West Kilbride.

Junior 9 Hole Competition

Just a reminder that our usual monthly 9 hole competition will take place this Sunday at Swanston despite the fact it was omitted from the previous notice about Junior fixtures. Apologies.
All girls are welcome. You don't have to have a handicap.

Please remember to wrap up warm. It is always cold at Swanston in the winter and unfortunately the hut in which we used to shelter, was blown down in the gales and has not yet been replaced. 
 
Swanston have increased their prices so we ask you to contribute £3.50 each this year - £1.50 for Swanston members.

Congratulations to Stephen Gallacher

Our congratulations to Stephen on his impressive win in  the Dubai Desert Classic at the weekend.
Midlothian are delighted to be working with the Stephen Gallacher Foundation (SGF) to provide our junior girls with every opportunity to have fun playing golf.

There are lots of competitions, and particularly exciting is the SGF Junior Pro-Am on April 14th at Kingsfield where  younger girls (under 14) will have the opportunity to play with a Professional.

Membership is available to all Midlothian girls who have a handicap, and entitles you to play in all the EOSG competitions.
