The semi finals are tomorrow morning for the A Class commencing at 9.30am and 9.40am respectively.

The Final for the B Championship is tomorrow at 9.50am between Jaci Moriarty and Isobel Halliday.

Midsummer Foursomes Draw - Liberton Golf Club, 9th May 2016

Ladies, the draw for the Midsummer Foursomes is now on the left hand side (even though it still winter outside).  Looking forward to seeing you at Liberton on 9th May.  Finger crossed for at least 5-10 degrees warmer weather at Liberton than we have currently!

As always the weather was at the forefront of everyone's mind today as freezing temperatures, snow, sleet,wind and sunshine followed in rapid succession in the two qualifying rounds of the Midlothian Championship at Murrayfield today.

The best qualifier was Alison McBride from Harburn with the best second round. This was from Wendy Nicholson of Baberton.

Alison had a  79 in the first and second rounds and Wendy had a 78 and an 80 both totalling 158

Very well done to all who played with such good spirit .

The course was in great condition and the greens amazingly fast. Thanks very much to Murrayfield for all their support during the day. It was very much appreciated.

Thanks too to Hilary, Lisa and Jacky for all their help.

Fundraising Event - Saturday 3rd September 2016 - Baberton GC

KEEP THE DATE FOR YOUR DIARY

Saturday 3rd September

MCLGA in partnership with Baberton GC are running a fund raising golf event this year in aid of the county team. MCLGA and Baberton have a rich history of working together most recently when the club hosted the 2015 County Championship. 

 

The clubhouse and the challenging 18 hole course are a fantastic venue to host an event and we hope that as many members as possible will take the opportunity to participate and support the county.

Further details will follow shortly but please start to get your team together. There will be a priority entry phase for all MCLGA and Baberton club members to enter their team of 4 players. The competition entry will then be opened up if there are any times left. Times will be available throughout the day.
